The study followed the continuation of the former projects "Guinea-Maritime Programme" and "Action Programme for forests conservation in Guinea-Maritime". The area of activity concerned the Boke region, located in the Northern Part of Guinea-Maritime and covered 4 components: rural development, livestock, environment and rural infrastructure (feeder roads). Services included establishment of the programme final design, based on the analysis of the intervention strategy (application of the logical framework as defined by European Commission in the procedure of follow up of a project cycle), elaboration of a project preparation report according to EDF procedures and drafting of a financing proposition to be submitted to the EDF committee.
