| Short project description | The purpose of this project is to harmonise sectoral policies and measures for enhanced performance of agri-food sector and to create structures and capacity for managing the future IPA-RD funds. The project will also support further acquis approximation of BiH agriculture sector, definition and reinforcement of payment system complaint with requirements for BiH access to IPA Rural Development component V which is currently available to the EU candidate countries. |

Senior experts with experience in IPA-RD institutional structures Rural Development Payment systems specialists Human Resource development specialists Qualifications and Skills - University degree in relevant fields; - Fluent in English; - Good computer literacy; - Significant professional experience; - Professional experience in EU funded projects, particularly in IPA-RD programme; Previous experience in Bosnia & Herzegovina will be an advantage. |
