Our team: At its Headquarters in Athens the Vakakis Group of Companies employs a core full-time complement of approximately 35 staff, of which 28 are currently technical experts and consultants in specialist fields (this number fluctuates, dependent upon specific consultancy requirements). In addition, and most critically, Vakakis prides itself on its extensive network of Associate Consultants. The Company cares passionately about the quality of its work, which in turn, depends heavily on the skills and qualities of our Associated Consultants. Many of these Associates work with us on a regular basis. Our management approach strives to ensure that we can give each and every consultant our personal attention, from initial recruitment through to contracting, deployment and on-the-job support in the field. The Company prides itself on providing regular and up-to-date technical guidance and support to our experts, providing them with access to our extensive Corporate memory, coupled with modern and efficient back-office support services that we believe are essential to quality project management. Overall, Vakakis tries hard to make sure that the working relationships with our Associate Consultants are real partnerships that will endure, building on past successes, learning from past experiences, going from strength to strength, project to project ensuring the preservation of the quality of the Vakakis consultancy brand internationally.
