The company has provided technical assistance and policy advice to the Project Management Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture, as a part of the Phare Decentralised Implementation System, followed by the Phare countries. This work has included the elaboration of annual work plans, Country Operation Programmes, drawing up of tender invitations, applying evaluation procedures, and providing expert technical & managerial advice, with respect to the country's future accession to the EU.
